Rules for using octariusstudios.pl.

This document is informational for a project in development. Before full go-live, consider legal review, especially for paid services and user accounts.
1. General
These terms govern use of the website octariusstudios.pl operated by the Octarius Studios project (a studio in early development).
By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The site and content
The site is informational: studio and project presentation (including Nexora), contact and bug report forms.
Content may change without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. Age
The site is intended for users aged 16 and over.
4. Nexora — downloads
Nexora is and will remain free software. Installers may only be downloaded from the official site octariusstudios.pl (and channels we explicitly designate).
Downloading from other sources is at your own risk.
Detailed use terms are set out in a separate End User License Agreement (EULA) published with the product release.
Nexora on Windows may lack code signing — the system may show warnings. We recommend SHA256 verification described on the product page.
5. Commissioned services
We plan to offer paid or individually quoted services, including simple Discord bots and lightweight Minecraft plugins.
We do not provide bot or game server hosting — deployment and operation are the user's responsibility unless a contract states otherwise.
Specific terms (scope, price, timeline) are agreed individually before work begins.
6. Forms and submissions
You must provide accurate contact details and must not submit unlawful, offensive, or third-party rights-infringing content.
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Branding, graphics, text, and site code are protected and belong to Octarius Studios or rights holders. Copying or redistribution without permission is prohibited unless law allows it.
8. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages from use of the site or external links (GitHub, Discord, etc.).
We are not liable for harm from downloading software outside the official site.
9. User accounts (future)
User accounts may be offered in the future. Additional login and security rules will be published then.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by courts with jurisdiction under applicable rules.
