Privacy policy
How Octarius Studios processes personal data.
Last updated: 19 May 2026
This document is informational for a project in development. Before full go-live, consider legal review, especially for paid services and user accounts.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through octariusstudios.pl is the Octarius Studios project — a studio in early development, run by the project creators (currently without a separate registered company).
For privacy requests: octarius.studio@gmail.com.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). At this stage, email contact with the controller is sufficient.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily submit via forms: name or nickname, email, subject and message, optional app version (bug reports), and your consent choices.
We do not use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) or behavioral advertising.
We do not collect special categories of data under GDPR (e.g. health, national ID).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Contact and bug reports — to reply and handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR — steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest).
Product launch notification — optional email when a product (e.g. Nexora) becomes available (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Forms require consent to process data for handling your message.
4. Recipients and hosting
Form data is stored in Supabase (EU hosting). We plan to set the project region to Poland / EU.
Website hosting: Vercel Inc. (technical logs such as IP address may be processed for security and operation).
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Retention
Contact and bug report data is kept until the matter is closed, then deleted unless law requires longer retention.
Product notification consent data — until you withdraw consent or we send the availability notice, whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable), objection, and to withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO).
Contact us at: octarius.studio@gmail.com.
7. Age
The site is intended for users aged 16 and over.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies (e.g. language preference, cookie consent storage). We do not use third-party marketing or analytics cookies.
See the cookie banner and this policy. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

We plan to offer accounts in the future. We will update this policy with details on passwords, sessions, and account deletion.
